Do you sell online or just at your business location?
Yes, we sell direct to customers both online and in-store. However, currently our online eCommerce store is under construction right now and unavailable until we launch September 1st.
Any and all pricing viewed online is subject to change at store location.
Does The Bear Spot charge sales tax?
Yes, sales tax is collected in any state that we do business in online.
Do you offer coupon codes?
We do plan to offer discounts and promotions soon in the future along with a newsletter to inform our customers of new products.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, ect.) We also accept cash, pay pal, company checks and cashier’s checks.
Can I place an order by phone?
Yes, we take phone orders but we do encourage placing orders online. After your order is submitted — customer service will follow up with you to confirm order details. Do you ship direct?
Yes, we will ship products directly to your home or business. However, we currently do not ship internationally.
Where do we get our products from?
TheBearSpot.com is an online store that sells products directly to customers in the United States. All products we supply are made here in Walsenburg, CO. We have partnered with multiple shipping distributors nationwide to allow for convenient delivery in your area.
Can I return my purchase?
Unfortunately, all sales are final! However, if for some reason an item is considered damaged or defective. Proof of damage must be documented at the time of delivery for in-store credit.
Do you offer a warranty?
We do not personally guarantee any kind of warranty due to shipping practices. However, we do work on your behalf to properly package and review potential damages or defects to our products. It is our goal to help provide a solution if our product is deemed to be defective or damaged.
